Eligibility: Our services are designed for business owners doing 1M+ in profit/year with 50 or more employees and substantial assets. We reserve the right to accept or decline clients based on our ideal client profile.
No Guarantee of Results: While we provide strategic financial planning, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment returns, or tax savings. Results vary based on individual circumstances.
Not Financial Advice: Initial consultations and educational content do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Formal advisory relationships are established through separate engagement agreements.
Coordination with Professionals: We work with your existing accountant, lawyer, and investment advisors with your explicit consent. You remain responsible for all decisions made with your professional team.
Confidentiality: All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Client Qualification: We reserve the right to determine if a potential client meets our ideal profile. Not all consultation requests will be accepted.
